Develops and maintains DoD cybersecurity Assessment and Authorization packages, conducts continuous monitoring, vulnerability testing, risk assessments, and security analysis for U.S. Navy tactical combat systems. The role applies RMF, STIGs, NSA recommendations, and DoD security policies; serves as an ISSO; documents requirements and system architectures; and supports cybersecurity engineering, compliance, testing, and risk mitigation activities.

Uses MBSE methods and tools such as MagicDraw or Cameo, along with Jira and Microsoft Office applications.

Develop and maintain embedded firmware for microcontrollers and hardware systems, including GNSS engines and satellite transceivers. Create configuration tools, conduct software and hardware debugging, write tests, troubleshoot network issues, and support system testing in field environments. Collaborate with government teams on-site while following software development practices and program schedules.

Designs and maintains automated test scripts and frameworks, writes requirements-based test plans and cases, performs manual and automated testing, manages traceability in DOORS, and tracks software defects. Collaborates with developers and government customers to resolve issues, reviews test documentation, participates in Agile and configuration control activities, and presents technical testing information. The role supports SLBM systems at NSWCDD and requires on-site work and an active Secret clearance.

Provides Linux systems engineering, administration, hardening, automation, and DevSecOps support across secure development, test, and operational environments. Responsibilities include managing RHEL, CentOS, and Ubuntu systems; building automation with Ansible, Terraform, Bash, and Python; resolving complex Tier 3 issues; supporting CI/CD pipelines; maintaining computer labs; and ensuring compliance with STIGs, NIST, and FISMA standards.

Develop and enhance automation within an MLOps ecosystem, including repeatable model training, scalable data and model architectures, configuration management, and integration of commercial and internal tools. The role requires foundational AI/ML knowledge, software development experience, database and storage familiarity, and understanding of CPU/GPU model training. Docker and database experience are preferred. An interim Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Develop, review, test, and maintain C++ aircraft software in a multidisciplinary team supporting NAVAIR. Evaluate technical data, reports, designs, documentation, tests, and equipment for contract compliance. The role requires Linux and RHEL experience, Oracle databases, Visual Studio, an active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and on-site work five days per week. Preferred experience includes Ada, Atlassian tools, DOORS, Cameo, modeling and simulation, hardware integration, and military avionics.
