Leads a QA team responsible for testing quality across software products and initiatives. Oversees manual, automated, exploratory, regression, and risk-based testing; drives quality throughout the SDLC; expands automation and CI/CD testing; and champions responsible AI use in QA workflows. Manages delivery, metrics, risks, team development, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Product to improve release confidence, efficiency, and software quality.
