Shape federal and state regulatory outcomes, advise internal teams and clients on compliance, represent Elliptic to regulators and Congress, produce thought leadership and testimony, support business development, and embed US regulatory strategy within global regulatory affairs.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements for enterprise compliance teams in crypto and fintech. Run tailored demos, manage PoCs/trials, map integrations, design implementations, respond to RFPs, and partner with Sales, Product, and Research to drive adoption and position Elliptic’s AML and sanctions solutions.

Lead Elliptic's sanctions-focused intelligence on crypto-enabled evasion: own coverage of sanctioned actors and typologies, run end-to-end investigations, design monitoring and alerting, coach junior analysts, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Customer teams, produce written research and client briefings, and represent sanctions intelligence to clients and regulators.

Lead the US People function, partner with senior leaders to shape and execute people strategy, drive workforce planning, organizational design, performance and compensation processes, manage employee relations, develop People team capability, and advance culture, inclusion and wellbeing.
