Leads full-cycle technical recruiting for AI/ML, software engineering, platform, infrastructure, and security roles. Builds proactive talent pipelines, partners with CTOs and engineering leaders on hiring strategies, assesses technical candidates, conducts talent market research, develops interview frameworks and recruiting playbooks, and manages specialized recruiting partners. The role supports AI transformation initiatives across a portfolio of software companies.

Lead and build a Customer Success organization focused on retention, GRR/NRR, renewals, expansion, and customer health. Recruit and coach CSMs, implement health scoring, playbooks, KPIs, and forecasting, partner with Sales/Product/Engineering/Support, and use AI and automation to scale processes and drive long-term customer value.

Hunt for and close new SMB hotel customers through full sales cycle ownership. Generate pipeline via outbound prospecting and convert inbound leads, exceed new ARR quota, run value-based discovery, manage pipeline and forecasts in Zoho CRM, use Gong and AI tools to improve performance, and collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation to deliver a seamless buying experience and identify long-term growth opportunities.

Lead product strategy and roadmap as IntellaQuest's first executive product leader. Build and scale the Product organization, establish processes and KPIs, drive prioritization across functions, and serve as the executive voice of the customer. Partner with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation, recruit and mentor product managers, and incorporate AI into product direction and team workflows. Regular customer and engineering travel required.
