Own strategic relationships for an enterprise customer portfolio, serving as a trusted advisor and product expert. Develop success plans, drive adoption and retention, identify churn risks, conduct business reviews, analyze customer health and usage data, and coordinate with Product, Support, Sales, and Onboarding teams. The role also supports customer advocacy, feedback escalation, and improvements to customer journeys and service delivery.

Supports customer expansion through discovery calls, tailored product demonstrations, consultative conversations, pilots, and technical evaluations. The role applies hands-on manufacturing quality engineering expertise to understand workflows, translate operational requirements, and recommend software solutions. It partners with Account Management, contributes to expansion revenue targets, supports sensitive defense-related customer work, and requires periodic travel of up to approximately 20%.
