Own People Operations processes across onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, HRIS updates, PTO tracking, employee records, engagement, and performance programs. Coordinate recruiting activities, support co-founders and cross-functional administrative projects, and improve scalable People and business operations workflows. Serve as a reliable first point of contact while handling sensitive information with discretion in a remote-first startup environment.

Own commercial operations across deal desk, pricing, contracting, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, OKRs, CRM data, AI-driven workflows, account planning, and leadership reporting. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal to standardize commercial processes, improve data quality, manage complex deals, and surface actionable business insights. The role also supports sales materials and recurring pipeline and forecast reviews.
