Embed AI across Marketing by identifying high-impact AI/automation use cases, building and shipping AI-powered workflows, mapping customer data across the martech stack, validating tracking, measuring PLG outcomes, and coaching marketers to use AI confidently.

Build and reconcile 12-month cash models, partner with GTM to create bottoms-up expense and KPI-driven models, standardize SaaS metrics, expand operational KPI library, update long-range plans, and improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting.

The Head of Affiliate Marketing will own and scale the affiliate program, develop relationships with top partners, lead strategy and execution, and optimize acquisition and revenue.

The Director of Creative will develop and execute content, creative, and social strategies, lead teams, and drive brand engagement on digital platforms.

Lead and scale Manychat's affiliate partnership channel end-to-end: set strategy, forecast and optimize performance, build scalable onboarding for long-tail partners, run high-touch programs for top affiliates, adopt technology and AI to increase efficiency, partner cross-functionally with Product/Lifecycle/Data, and hire and mentor the affiliate team.

Provide hands-on legal counsel across product, partnerships, finance, marketing, and people; own legal matters end-to-end, manage outside counsel, build processes and playbooks, and help develop AI governance and privacy/compliance strategies for a global SaaS company.

Provide high-touch executive support to the CMO: manage calendar, travel, and correspondence; coordinate public appearances, media and speaking opportunities; prepare briefs, decks, and speaker materials; flag priorities across the org; own logistics for CMO-sponsored initiatives; and help build the CMO pod's AI tools.
