Serve as Appian design authority: architect and lead high-complexity Appian solutions, define standards and patterns, mentor developers, enable internal capability, ensure performance/security, and drive Appian DevOps and deployment practices across teams.

The Senior Solutions Architect will lead the design and implementation of Appian-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards while providing guidance to IT teams and stakeholders.

Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams within a SAFe Agile environment. Elicit, document, and refine business, functional, and non-functional requirements; create user stories, process maps, and specs; support backlog management, testing, UAT, and implementation; facilitate ceremonies and stakeholder collaboration; contribute to BSA standards and continuous improvement.
