Manually test Nutrafol’s ecommerce website and mobile experiences across devices, browsers, and viewports. Identify, document, and track functional, visual, copy, usability, and regression defects in Jira while collaborating with QA leads, product managers, developers, and designers. The role requires timely execution in an Agile environment, strong communication and attention to detail, and recent experience using AI tools to improve test scripting, troubleshooting, analysis, and testing efficiency.

Lead organic social strategy and execution for Nutrafol and Nutrafol Men, developing platform-native content, managing community and creators, partnering cross-functionally on campaigns, optimizing performance through analytics, and managing budgets and production to drive brand awareness and business impact.

Manage e-commerce and B2B order operations, including fraud screening, payment verification, fulfillment, shipping issues, returns, chargebacks, and order-error investigations. Coordinate with 3PLs, fulfillment centers, carriers, offshore teams, and internal Customer Experience and Supply Chain teams. Monitor operational queues, troubleshoot system issues, triage projects, document requirements, and ensure orders and tracking are processed within SLAs.

Drive Nutrafol sales across KS/MO/OK/IA/NE by promoting products, growing existing accounts, opening new accounts, and delivering physician training. Provide white-glove customer service, implement marketing and promotions, attend trade shows, collaborate with the sales team, manage expenses and reporting, and routinely use Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and activity. Role requires frequent in-person meetings and up to 50% travel.

Contract interim leader for Marketplaces overseeing Amazon and Walmart operations, media and marketing strategy, agency management, performance analysis, inventory and account health, and cross-functional execution to meet revenue, profitability, and operational goals.

Lead upper- and mid-funnel media strategy and execution, managing multi-million-dollar budgets across video, CTV, social, OOH, influencer, audio, and partnerships. Use MMM, MTA, incrementality, and brand research tools to inform channel mix and measurement, partner cross-functionally with Growth, Brand, Creative, and Analytics, drive media innovation and non-traditional placements, and hire/mentor a team to connect brand media with performance marketing for measurable business impact.
