The role involves developing enterprise architecture for IT systems, documenting the current state, defining future states, and managing transitions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead development, execution, and monitoring of budgets, spend plans, and financial commitments for Intelligence Community components. Perform detailed financial analysis, generate budget reports, track interagency agreements, ensure transaction accuracy, support IPPBE timelines, and advise stakeholders to optimize fiscal execution and resource allocation.

Serve as a subject-matter expert on budget execution for an Intelligence Community customer: develop and monitor budgets and spend plans, track commitments and interagency agreements, prepare and certify transactions, generate budget reports, support IPPBE processes, provide fiscal guidance, and liaise with USG/IC stakeholders to improve financial processes and ensure alignment with program goals.
