Conduct user discovery, document workflows, define problems, and direct AI coding agents to prototype solutions. Review AI-generated output, validate assumptions and data, support shipped tools, resolve minor issues, and escalate architecture or infrastructure decisions. The role requires strong analytical and finance skills, advanced Excel proficiency, curiosity about AI, critical thinking, perseverance, and communication with nontechnical stakeholders.

Manage translation of underwriting policies into decision-platform configuration, maintain documentation and audit trails, monitor policy performance via dashboards, run experiments (A/B, champion/challenger), coordinate pilots with vendors, and partner with Capital Markets, Product, Engineering, and Credit Risk to prioritize and deliver policy changes that align with portfolio and business intent.
