The role is fully remote within an assigned U.S. territory and includes 15–20% travel.

Design, build, and maintain fault-tolerant backend services in Go for a ledger-native fintech platform. Own distributed system architecture, data modeling, concurrency, resiliency, observability, and testing. Collaborate with product, design, and operations to deliver performant, reliable features in a regulated environment.

Lead product marketing and content strategy to shape Gridline's brand and positioning for RIAs, GPs, and private banks. Drive sales enablement, GTM for product launches, oversee digital presence, and build AI-augmented content and automation workflows to scale high-accuracy thought leadership and collateral.
