Apprenticeship entry-level Help Desk role providing first-line IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to users, escalating complex problems, and completing formal training under a mentor during the apprenticeship year.

Create and schedule public-facing content across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Threads.
