Lead technical execution and delivery of a portfolio of cybersecurity projects for Intelligence Community partners. Oversee planning, schedules, risk tracking, quality reviews, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination while contributing technical guidance in malware analysis, vulnerability research, and AI security.

Lead and oversee a portfolio of technical cybersecurity projects for Intelligence Community partners, coordinating project planning, execution, risk management, and deliverable quality. Serve as primary technical liaison, translate partner needs into technical requirements, foster cross-team collaboration and innovation, and contribute technically to malware analysis, vulnerability research, and AI security.

Perform full accounts payable duties including invoice data entry and payment processing in Oracle, credit memo and refund handling, supplier statement reconciliation, resolving payable issues with campus and external partners, maintaining Oracle Holds and supplier records, providing customer service, and backing up departmental accounting tasks.

Manage pre-award administration and provide expert post-award budget support for Chemistry and Biological Sciences. Responsibilities include proposal development/submission, budget preparation, compliance routing (SPARCS), coordination with PIs and institutional offices, training faculty, and reporting award data. Ensure adherence to sponsor and university regulations and provide daily support to faculty and research teams.

Manage operational processes, controls, and reporting for the endowment portfolio. Onboard and monitor external managers, review valuations and ledger postings, prepare dashboards and analytics, support private equity data tracking and due diligence, assist AI integration projects, and support audit, tax, and regulatory filings.

Investigate and respond to security incidents through alert monitoring, digital forensics, log and network analysis, evidence preservation, threat containment, and recovery recommendations. The engineer collaborates with technical and non-technical stakeholders, supports vulnerability management and security assessments, improves detection systems, develops automation, documents findings, and participates in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Conduct red-team operations against AI-enabled systems used in national security, including models, hardware, software, and networks. Develop offensive tactics, techniques, procedures, and supporting tools in Python, PowerShell, C, and Bash. Perform penetration testing, exploit development, reverse engineering, vulnerability identification, and Windows/Linux security assessments. Communicate findings to mission partners, travel to field sites, mentor colleagues, and support technical research and capability development.

Leads curriculum integration and course development for LTI certificate programs. Designs course structures, assignments, laboratories, instructional materials, assessments, and online pedagogy. Coordinates with faculty, CMU Online, preceptors, and certificate teams on production, accessibility, LMS publishing, quality assurance, annual updates, and continuous improvement. Reviews learning analytics and student feedback while maintaining curriculum coherence, updating technologies and case studies, and supporting instructor onboarding.

Conduct interdisciplinary research on enterprise risks introduced by agentic AI. Responsibilities include developing threat and failure taxonomies, simulating synthetic workflows, analyzing failure modes, evaluating mitigation strategies, identifying metrics, and creating actionable guidance for enterprises. The role requires independent work, collaboration with research partners, and expertise in privacy, security, Responsible AI, and agentic technologies.
