Provides first-line IT service desk support for requests, incidents, and routine application issues. Responsibilities include investigating and escalating incidents, maintaining accurate tickets and documentation, monitoring service levels, performing basic application maintenance, communicating with users and colleagues, and supporting conflict resolution. Manages strategic enterprise client relationships within a designated sector, aligning AI solutions with customer objectives, improving satisfaction, and driving retention, renewals, upsells, and revenue expansion. Develops account strategies, engages executive stakeholders, monitors industry trends, tracks performance metrics, and collaborates with sales, marketing, product, solutions, and delivery teams. Provides customer insights to improve services and supports long-term client engagement and loyalty.

Review, label, and structure text, image, audio, or document data to train AI systems. Follow detailed guidelines, meet quality and productivity targets, flag edge cases, act on feedback, and collaborate with reviewers and project leads to improve annotation quality.

Lead and manage employee relations cases, investigations, PIPs, and compliance. Advise managers on performance and policy, coordinate onboarding/offboarding and benefits support, maintain HR documentation, and support engagement and culture initiatives while partnering with global talent and finance teams.

Turn data into actionable insights by building and maintaining reports and dashboards, identifying trends and data quality issues, writing dbt transformations for analytics models, and collaborating with stakeholders and data engineers to ensure reliable data and clear visualizations that support business decisions.
