Leads global theatrical subtitling operations, including translation, localization, quality control, timed-text compliance, DCP distribution, budgets, and P&L. Develop Python APIs, integrate AI models with internal and external services, create scalable microservices, and support production deployments. Collaborate with technical and operational teams to identify automation opportunities, write reliable tests, participate in architecture decisions, and monitor system performance. The role involves prototyping and productionizing solutions using LLMs, NLP, OCR, RPA, and workflow orchestration technologies.

Coordinate theatrical release projects from localization through mastering and delivery. Serve as client-facing connector across creative, technical, and operational teams, maintain project data and timelines, ensure quality across subtitling, audio, picture, QC and delivery, and identify process improvements while supporting junior team members.
