Own portfolio health and governance for professional services: review status, risks, capacity, finances, and delivery metrics. Standardize lifecycle processes, lead reviews and remediation, drive resource planning and utilization, and produce executive reporting and dashboards.

Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards (including Fabric workspaces). Analyze data to identify trends, ensure data quality, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and present actionable insights to support decision-making.
