Collaborate with hardware, systems, field commissioning, project management, and customer teams. Provide on-site support at North American customer warehouses and travel up to 30%.

Monitor performance, lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, drive corrective/preventive actions, support escalations, coach partner maintenance teams, analyze operational data, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve uptime, throughput, and system reliability.
