Leads a 12-person engineering team responsible for Strava’s social and community features. Sets technical and product direction, owns the engineering roadmap, partners with Product and Design, makes technical trade-offs, ensures system reliability and scalability, hires talent, and develops managers and senior engineers.

The Staff Engineer will lead technical projects on Strava's social platform services, drive modernization efforts, mentor engineers, and ensure the platform meets architectural investments and reliability standards.
