Own the full sales cycle for new business across North America, targeting mid-market and enterprise manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain organizations. Responsibilities include prospecting, territory planning, executive selling, product demonstrations, business case development, multi-stakeholder deal management, forecasting, and closing complex ERP sales. The role requires independently sourced pipeline, consultative selling, and collaboration with SDRs, solution consultants, implementation teams, and Salesforce partners.

Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound calling (50+ calls/day), email and social outreach, research prospects, qualify leads and schedule meetings, collaborate with Account Executives, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, and meet weekly/monthly metrics and quotas. Commission eligible role focused on ERP software sales on the Salesforce platform.

Own and advance internal systems that let engineers and agents ship correct Salesforce production code: autonomous coding pipelines, root-cause analysis and evals, enforced architecture via deterministic checks, local Apex test tooling, and quality/safety guardrails. Extend observability, CI/CD, and orchestration to make test-first and agentic development reliable at scale.
