Design, analyze, build, and test mechanical systems for autonomous VTOL cargo aircraft, ensuring safety and performance requirements are met.

Develop and maintain safety-critical embedded firmware for avionics hardware, including bare-metal and RTOS work, driver and peripheral integration, real-time control and sensor fusion, hardware bring-up and bench debugging, plus tooling and emulators for testing and cloud simulation.

Own vehicle performance and flight dynamics for a hybrid-electric lift+cruise VTOL: mission analysis, 6-DOF modeling, aero database and stability derivatives, loads and aeroelastic inputs, flight test support, simulation and controls integration, and certification compliance analysis.

Lead development, testing, and troubleshooting of hybrid-electric VTOL powertrain and electrical systems. Design and assemble Iron Bird test rigs, build and iterate high-voltage distribution and harnesses, run bench, HIL, ground, and flight tests, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure safe, FAA-aligned designs and certification readiness.

Plan, execute, and document tests for components and integrated VTOL aircraft systems. Design and build test rigs, instrument hardware, configure DAQ systems, analyze data, diagnose failures, and collaborate with design and flight test teams to meet safety and certification requirements.
