Lead global sourcing and supplier strategy for propulsion, powertrain, and electronics. Negotiate long-term agreements, manage supplier performance, drive NPI to production ramp, maintain procurement data and KPIs, ensure ITAR/EAR and AS9100 compliance, and partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Manufacturing.

Own vehicle performance and flight dynamics for a hybrid-electric lift+cruise VTOL: mission analysis, 6-DOF modeling, aero database and stability derivatives, loads and aeroelastic inputs, flight test support, simulation and controls integration, and certification compliance analysis.

Develop and maintain safety-critical embedded firmware for avionics hardware, including bare-metal and RTOS work, driver and peripheral integration, real-time control and sensor fusion, hardware bring-up and bench debugging, plus tooling and emulators for testing and cloud simulation.

Lead design, build, and operation of secure, scalable corporate IT infrastructure. Own IAM, endpoints, networking, MDM/EDR, compliance for export-controlled environments, vendor management, incident response, business continuity, and IT onboarding/offboarding.
