Owns the reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence of production systems supporting worldwide real-time drone services. Responsibilities include designing AWS cloud infrastructure, building deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines, implementing observability and alerting, managing incident response, planning capacity and disaster recovery, optimizing costs and performance, and supporting real-time drone data streaming. The role will lead the company’s first financial statement audit, improve accounting processes, support budgeting and forecasting, and implement scalable financial systems and automation. It also partners cross-functionally on strategic and operational finance initiatives.

Lead the design, testing, and integration of drone electrical systems, ensuring high performance and reliability through circuit design and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Own customer onboarding for existing integrations, develop third-party integration strategy, establish technical partnerships, coordinate engineering delivery, troubleshoot field issues, and manage program health. Embed onsite with critical customers to install, configure, and operate BRINC drones and software, triage and fix hardware/firmware/software issues under operational pressure, write and upstream code and configs, liaise between field and HQ engineering, document learnings, participate in after-hours support, and travel extensively for multi-week deployments.
