Identifies and captures strategic opportunities, builds pipelines, develops customer and teaming relationships, shapes acquisition strategies, and supports proposals, demonstrations, and business cases. Drives new business wins, recompetes, partnerships, and program expansion while collaborating with technical, operational, and functional teams.

Manages technical teams and major Army programs, ensuring contract technical, schedule, cost, budget, quality, funding, and reporting objectives are met. Oversees subordinate program and project managers, staff development, vendor liaison activities, proposals, procurement coordination, contract reviews, forecasts, and quality assurance programs. The role is onsite in Huntsville, Alabama and requires active TS/SCI clearance and extensive program management experience.

The role requires identity federation, API security, ServiceNow, observability, SIEM integration, scripting, and federal security compliance expertise.

Leads the integration, migration, testing, and deployment of telecommunications infrastructure supporting the FAA National Airspace System. Directs TDM-to-IP circuit conversions, fiber and IP network integration, system validation, performance monitoring, capacity optimization, and field technical activities.
