Leads structured analysis of technical, operational, and programmatic information using AI-enabled tools and quantitative reasoning. Validates AI-generated outputs, assesses evidence, and translates findings into executive briefings, dashboards, reports, narratives, and talking points. Designs visualization strategies for varied stakeholder audiences and collaborates with leadership, data teams, AI/ML teams, and subject matter experts. Maintains editorial rigor, analytical clarity, and strategic judgment in high-visibility government and technical environments.

Develop and maintain Java web applications supporting intelligence-community data management and compliant data movement. Responsibilities include software design, development, testing, installation, maintenance, integration, enhancement, troubleshooting, task estimation, and technical design reviews. The role uses Agile practices and technologies including Spring, Quarkus, PrimeFaces, PostgreSQL, Maven, Git, Jenkins, and Elasticsearch. Work is performed onsite at a contractor facility with no telework.
