Lead end-to-end incident response for Covered California and CalHEERS environments, including triage, containment, eradication, recovery, investigations, evidence handling, reporting, and post-incident reviews. Develop response playbooks, conduct tabletop exercises, manage SIEM/SOAR detection engineering, onboard logs, tune alerts, and perform MITRE ATT&CK-aligned threat hunting. Serve as backup incident manager, primary on-call responder, and liaison with security leadership, forensic examiners, infrastructure teams, and regulators.
