Develop and enhance secure, scalable cloud applications supporting national security operations. Work in an Agile environment using DevOps practices and modern cloud technologies. Drives product evolution, modernization, license and maintenance sales, and continuous improvement across complex software programs.

Designs, deploys, secures, automates, and maintains cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP. Develops Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD automation, manages Docker and Kubernetes environments, monitors hybrid cloud systems, and troubleshoots infrastructure and application issues. Implements federal security controls, IAM, networking, encryption, logging, and compliance requirements. Supports ATO processes, vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery, documentation, and collaboration with engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and government stakeholders.

Develops and maintains software configuration management, build, packaging, release, and deployment processes. Responsibilities include writing installation scripts, managing repositories, automating CI/CD pipelines, administering environments, troubleshooting builds and Java applications, enforcing configuration control, coordinating releases, documenting procedures, and mentoring team members. Supports customer leadership in strategically planning and managing advanced technology project portfolios. Develops work plans, tracks progress, defines requirements, assesses risks, manages resources, prioritizes projects, facilitates acquisitions, and coordinates interrelated technical initiatives. Prepares executive briefings, reports, presentations, meeting documentation, and strategy materials while facilitating external engagement and programmatic activities.

Leads data quality, stewardship, governance, and lifecycle management for USCYBERCOM data platform integration. Establishes data quality standards and metrics, oversees data preparation and transformation, manages a multi-contractor stewardship program, and ensures compliance with organizational policies, cybersecurity standards, legal regulations, and DAO requirements. Supports the Data Working Group and AI Task Force while coordinating stakeholders and maintaining data accuracy, completeness, and interoperability.

Performs quality assurance audits, process and product evaluations, compliance reviews, CDRL quality checks, metrics collection, root-cause analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement. Supports program managers, monitors performance against quality standards, develops audit checklists, and briefs customers and senior leadership. Requires active TS/SCI clearance, ability to obtain a polygraph, and substantial IT quality assurance experience.

Designs, deploys, configures, upgrades, tests, and supports complex enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, data center, and campus networks for a government customer. Responsibilities include routing and switching configuration, equipment preparation, installation coordination, network troubleshooting, documentation, performance improvements, project scheduling, technical guidance, customer reporting, and third-level support. The role requires domestic travel, after-hours support, CCNP certification, extensive network experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Designs, implements, and validates cybersecurity controls for intelligence community information systems. Responsibilities include STIG and SRG assessments, Splunk dashboard development, vulnerability and risk analysis, continuous monitoring, security testing, NIST RMF authorization support, control evidence creation, and remediation planning. The engineer collaborates with architects, developers, system administrators, and government authorities to secure systems and maintain compliance with DoD and IC standards.
