Leads systems engineering and design for large-scale FAA radio communication network deployments. Responsibilities include site surveys, network configurations, rack and cable routing design, installation engineering packages, requirements definition, system decomposition, MBSE modeling, trade studies, technical leadership, design reviews, and coordination with FAA stakeholders, deployment teams, drafters, schedulers, and installation contractors.

The role also provides technical mentorship, contributes to planning, supports Tier III on-call operations, and assists with high-priority surge requirements.

Supports an Intelligence Community customer’s computer network operations organization through systems engineering and project management. Analyzes AI/ML and LLM architecture proposals, coordinates enterprise AI/ML deployments, assesses project management processes, supports Agile development using Jira and Confluence, develops sustainable processes, and documents improvements and lessons learned. The role is performed on-site at a customer location and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
