Leads major technical programs and subordinate project managers, ensuring contract, schedule, cost, budget, quality, and performance objectives are met. Oversees program staff, vendors, subcontractors, funding, forecasts, reports, and contract reviews. The role also requires handling classified information, applying DoD intelligence knowledge, mentoring junior analysts, and communicating technical findings to nontechnical stakeholders.

Develops federal government cost proposals, pricing models, cost narratives, and winning pricing strategies. Ensures compliance with CAS, FAR, DFARS, corporate policies, and solicitation requirements. Coordinates cost-volume development across finance, contracts, procurement, HR, business development, and technical teams. Supports financial analysis, cash-flow development, subcontract negotiations, audits, and DCAA/DCMA reviews while managing proposal schedules and deadlines.

Supports the Operations Manager in running a 24x7 Cyber Operations Center. Responsibilities include resource oversight, operational issue resolution, team coaching, process and requirements management, metrics, training and exercise planning, deliverable development, budget support, and cybersecurity requirements analysis. The role works with government, foreign government, and private-sector security professionals and requires an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Provides database administration and software development support for a DoD mainframe system using SUPRA PDM, MANTIS, COBOL, JCL, and z/OS. Maintains databases, copybooks, total-file views, and directories; supports platform modernization; evaluates and documents database environments; creates system interaction diagrams; and provides technical consultation and deliverable review. The role is fully remote and requires active Public Trust clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for classified, mission-critical software systems. Responsibilities include writing Jenkins Groovy scripts, troubleshooting Jenkins and AWS environments, automating deployments and installations, documenting developer processes, debugging integration and connectivity issues, and integrating DevOps tools such as Docker, SonarQube, Fortify, Selenium, and Artifactory. The role supports modernization of cloud-native, microservice-based products using Agile and test-driven development practices.

Performs Tier 2 cyber incident detection, investigation, response, and remediation in a 24x7 environment. Analyzes logs, network traffic, host artifacts, email, malware, scripts, and threat intelligence using SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and forensic tools. Conducts threat hunting, generates IOCs, tunes alerts, coordinates with CISA and international CIRTs, and reports incidents. The role requires an active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, relevant cybersecurity certification, and on-site overnight work in Beltsville, Maryland.
