Manages large-scale SATCOM ground terminal deployments, including budgets, schedules, subcontractors, construction sites, safety, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. Serves as liaison among project teams, government customers, military facility hosts, industry partners, subcontractors, and local authorities. Tracks project progress, resolves complex issues, prepares status reports, and briefs program leadership. The role requires extensive project management, supervisory experience, SATCOM system knowledge, and an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph.

Plans and develops tests for geospatial-intelligence products, defines test data, executes test activities, tracks issues, and communicates results. Evaluates visual quality and support-data accuracy across multiple imaging sensors and phenomenologies. Collaborates with image scientists, analysts, photogrammetrists, and statisticians to validate products against requirements and concepts of operations. Produces test plans and reports, briefs stakeholders, and supports technical issue resolution.
