Manage cases from inception through resolution under moderate supervision, handling discovery, hearings, trials, mediations, drafting pleadings and motions, advising claims teams, using e-discovery and case management tools, and contributing to process improvement while upholding legal and ethical standards.

Manage full lifecycle, high-exposure commercial Energy claims including coverage analysis, litigation management, reserve setting, investigation, and settlement. Lead cross-functional teams, oversee outside counsel and experts, mentor junior examiners, and advise on energy-specific coverage, litigation strategy, and claims process improvements.
