Build and scale continuous monitoring and anomaly detection for Personal Lines Auto pricing programs. Analyze large datasets to detect issues, improve data quality, automate reporting, create dashboards and frameworks, and communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders. Participate in paid training and licensing, follow scheduled shifts (including one weekend day), maintain a professional home workspace with wired high-speed internet, and meet performance and compliance requirements.

Handle inbound and warm sales leads remotely, consult customers on Property & Casualty insurance needs, match products to customer needs, close sales, complete paid licensing and training, and meet scheduling and workspace requirements.
