Underwrite Wholesale Excess & Surplus casualty policies within delegated authority, manage broker/agent portfolios, build market relationships, contribute to product strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior underwriters, and analyze portfolio performance and emerging risk trends to drive profitability.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and data management processes in Markit EDM. Integrate market, reference, and transactional data from vendors and APIs, implement data quality checks and reconciliations, support reporting and downstream integrations, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior engineers within an agile squad-based team.

Serve as deal captain on directs, co-investments, funds and platforms; manage due diligence, structuring, legal documentation, asset management, and investment committee processes. Build external relationships, drive relative value analysis, develop data/analytics capabilities, and mentor junior team members.

Manage, investigate, and resolve complex personal property/contents claims. Perform on-site inventories and damage scopes, determine coverage, negotiate settlements, coordinate vendors and contractors, provide policyholder guidance, and act as a technical resource for other contents specialists.

Drive profitable premium growth across an assigned territory by building consultative relationships with independent agencies. Lead agency management (prospecting, onboarding, business planning, training), deliver product and underwriting guidance, collaborate with underwriting/claims/product teams, use data and tools to optimize agency performance, and mentor peers. Travel regularly within the territory to support retention, new business, and portfolio risk management.

Lead and oversee modeling efforts across submission, underwriting, and claims. Maintain and update GLM/ML/GenAI models, explore deployment solutions, perform ad hoc analyses, coordinate cross-functional delivery, provide training, and resolve issues to support internal and external customers.
