Perform onsite investigations and damage assessments for homeowners, prepare repair estimates, manage claims from first notice to closure, coordinate vendors, explain coverage to policyholders, handle emergency repairs and occasional catastrophe duty. Work is territory-based with daily field visits and some limited overnight travel for training.

Manage cases from inception through resolution under supervision, perform discovery, hearings, trials, mediations, draft pleadings and motions, provide legal advice to claims teams, use e-discovery and case management tools, evaluate risk, communicate timely with clients, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining ethical and compliance standards.

Drive profitable premium growth across an assigned territory by managing and developing independent agencies. Build in-person relationships, provide product and underwriting guidance, execute territory and agency strategies, ensure quality new business flow and risk management, and collaborate with underwriting, claims, and product teams to improve agency performance and retention.
