Manage a caseload of routine to moderately complex rideshare commercial auto claims from investigation through resolution. Determine liability/coverage, assess damages, set and adjust reserves, negotiate settlements within authority, refer to subrogation or SIU as needed, and interact with claimants, policyholders, attorneys, and third parties.

Represent Liberty Mutual and policyholders in Nevada workers' compensation matters. Manage caseloads, appear at WC Board hearings, conduct depositions, draft pleadings, handle discovery, advise claims representatives and insureds, lead and mentor junior attorneys, prepare trainings, and use e-discovery and case-management technologies to improve outcomes and efficiency.

Lead counsel on complex ceded and assumed reinsurance matters including drafting, negotiating, and advising on treaties, commutations, disputes, arbitrations, and transactional support; provide legal research, regulatory representation, and mentor junior staff.

Perform onsite investigations and estimates for homeowner property damage; manage moderate-to-complex claims end-to-end; inspect roofs/attics/crawlspaces, coordinate vendors, explain coverage, assist with emergency repairs and temporary living arrangements, and occasionally respond to catastrophes.

Lead an assigned geographic territory to drive profitable small commercial premium growth and strong agency performance. Manage 100+ storefront agencies through prospecting, training, business planning, and relationship-building. Oversee commercial portfolio, pipeline, renewals, risk quality, and profitability. Develop and execute territory and agency strategies using analytics, collaborate with underwriting, claims, product and risk teams, and mentor peers. Frequent in-person travel required for agency engagement.
