Provides specialized loss prevention and safety consulting to construction customers. Conducts on-site evaluations, analyzes risk and loss data, develops service plans, advises on regulations and industry practices, mentors consultants, supports customer relationships, and identifies opportunities for additional services. Regular travel is required.

Manage cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, hearings, trials, mediations, pleadings, and motions. Advise claims representatives and insured clients, evaluate risks, facilitate resolutions, maintain client communications, use e-discovery and case management technologies, ensure documentation accuracy and ethical compliance, and support organizational improvement initiatives.

Represents Liberty Mutual and its policyholders in moderately complex civil litigation and workers’ compensation matters. Manages cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, hearings, trials, mediations, pleadings, and motions. Advises claims representatives and insured clients, evaluates legal risks, facilitates resolutions, maintains accurate documentation, and provides timely case updates. Uses e-discovery and case management technologies while collaborating with senior counsel and remote legal teams under moderate supervision.

Handles moderately complex to complex workers’ compensation claims from investigation through resolution. Responsibilities include determining coverage, liability, compensability, reserves, and damages; negotiating settlements; coordinating litigation; engaging experts; referring claims for subrogation or investigation; attending trials; and mentoring team members. The role requires direct lost-time and litigated claims experience, applicable licenses, knowledge of claims investigation, medical terminology, and legal aspects of claims.

Handles moderately complex to complex commercial property and casualty claims, including investigations, coverage analysis, liability and damages evaluation, reserve management, settlement negotiations, litigation coordination, and trial representation. Provides technical guidance, mentors team members, supports quality reviews and claim committees, and maintains required licenses.

Provides timely, accurate customer service to policyholders and insurance agents regarding personal lines policies. Independently resolves policy-related issues within scope, escalates complex matters, and identifies customer needs to support satisfaction, growth, and retention. Requires paid full-time training, afternoon shifts, weekend rotation, remote work with reliable wired internet, and an active P&C Producers insurance license.

Conduct onsite inspections of homeowner property damage, prepare repair estimates, manage claims from first notice to closure, coordinate vendors, explain coverage to policyholders, and provide empathetic customer support while working primarily in the field within a local territory.

Manages Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act litigation from assessment through resolution, including research, discovery, motion practice, negotiations, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation. Advises clients and claims representatives, evaluates legal risk, develops litigation strategies, and ensures compliance with legal and ethical standards. The attorney also mentors junior staff, conducts training, supports senior counsel, uses legal technology to improve efficiency, and serves as a subject-matter resource for specialized first-party litigation.
