Serves as the primary executive for approximately 20 private equity clients and their portfolio companies while managing strategic broker relationships across multiple U.S. regions. Manages routine to moderately complex bodily injury and commercial insurance claims from investigation through resolution. Evaluates coverage, liability, compensability, damages, and reserves; develops action plans; conducts investigations; negotiates settlements; communicates with claimants, policyholders, attorneys, appraisers, and other parties; and refers claims for subrogation or special investigations when appropriate.

Manage, investigate, and resolve complex, high-exposure personal property claims. Responsibilities include inspecting and valuing damaged or lost contents, determining coverage, explaining settlements, coordinating vendors and contractors, negotiating scopes and estimates, monitoring service performance, and supporting other claims teams with field inspections and policyholder contact. An 11-week Analyst Development Internship focused on gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, identifying performance trends, solving business problems, and recommending solutions that inform decisions in the insurance industry. Interns receive analytical and technical training, work independently and collaboratively, and use tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, SAS, Snowflake, and Power BI.
