Manage moderate to high-exposure construction-related third-party bodily injury and general liability property damage claims. Lead investigations, coverage analysis, reserving, negotiation, litigation management, and resolution strategies while mentoring junior adjusters and coordinating with counsel and clients to control legal spend and achieve timely outcomes.

Lead an assigned geographic territory to drive profitable small commercial premium growth and strong agency performance. Manage 100+ storefront agencies through prospecting, training, business planning, and relationship-building. Oversee commercial portfolio, pipeline, renewals, risk quality, and profitability. Investigate, evaluate, and resolve moderately complex to complex commercial property/casualty claims. Determine coverage, liability, reserves, negotiate settlements, coordinate litigation and outside experts, mentor team members, and assist with caseload assignments and quality review.

Manage investigation, evaluation, and resolution of complex workers' compensation claims. Apply medical management strategies, set and recommend reserves, coordinate with defense counsel, attend mediations, handle subrogation/MSA issues, train staff, and use claims data for trend analysis and strategy.

Conduct on-site and remote examinations of policyholders' accounting and financial records to verify payroll, sales, fixed assets and other exposures; calculate earned premium per insurance guidelines; document findings with detailed reports and supporting audit workpapers.

Lead development of geospatial big data infrastructure and build geographic risk segmentation and pricing models for Property & Casualty insurance. Combine geospatial data engineering, spatial statistics, ML (GLMs, GBMs, spatial ML), and insurance domain knowledge to produce production-ready pricing factors, guide project design, and communicate results to stakeholders. Participate in cross-functional work and travel domestically up to 10%.

Provide loss prevention consulting focused on equipment breakdown: perform on-site boiler, pressure vessel, and mechanical system inspections; collect and analyze data; benchmark against standards (NBIC); write technical reports with recommendations; support implementation and training; maintain client relationships and pursue business development as needed. Role requires extensive travel.

Handle high-volume auto claims end-to-end: engage customers after accidents, collect information, process claims using multiple systems, resolve issues, and coordinate stakeholders. Role includes paid training, licensing, and both virtual and in-person training during the first six months.

Support underwriters by gathering, entering, and validating submission data into pricing models, flagging referral triggers, coordinating internal service requests, and managing post-sale account workflows. Provide responsive service to brokers/agents, assist with policy issuance, billing initiation, endorsements, and pre-renewal communications while performing basic exposure, loss, and coverage analysis.

Underwrite and negotiate small-to-mid commercial surety accounts, perform financial and risk analysis, manage profitability and retention of a book of business, build relationships with agents and brokers, investigate underwriting issues, mentor junior staff, and support cross-product opportunities and special projects.
