Lead cross-functional Agile squads to define product vision, prioritize backlog, set KPIs, and deliver digital insurance buying experiences. Use customer insights, data, and experimentation to reduce friction, align stakeholders, manage regulatory impacts, monitor product health, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Handle medical-only workers' compensation claims: investigate facts, verify medical information, provide ongoing medical case management, authorize medical payments, maintain electronic records, generate standard correspondence, and refer complex cases to specialists or subrogation units.

Provide technical underwriting guidance and referral approvals, align primary and excess placements, monitor portfolio performance, develop underwriting strategies, and collaborate with claims, actuarial, product, and leadership to improve results and underwriter capabilities.

Lead design and evolution of private credit operating model and deal lifecycle processes. Drive process improvements, data quality standards, cross-functional alignment, risk controls, and automation to support portfolio growth and complex loan structures. Act as operational subject matter expert, engage early on new deal types, and communicate changes to senior stakeholders.

Perform moderate-to-high complexity financial analyses for Treasury functions, build and maintain predictive models, dashboards and ad-hoc queries, present findings to stakeholders, support AI/automation adoption, document data and models, and mentor junior analysts.

Handle moderately complex to complex workers' compensation claims: investigate, determine liability/compensability, set reserves, negotiate settlements, coordinate litigation, mentor team members, and participate in quality reviews and dispute resolution.

Support underwriters by gathering and entering submission data into pricing models, analyzing exposure/loss/coverage, coordinating internal service requests, preparing pricing and proposal information, assisting brokers/agents, executing post-sale account tasks (billing, policy issuance, documentation), and supporting renewals and mid-term account reviews.
