Lead analytics to optimize the auto quoting and policy lifecycle experience, focusing on new-business growth and retention. Analyze quote flows, prefill data, risk classification, midterm/renewal logic, and competitive intelligence. Partner with Distribution, Data Science, Risk, Underwriting, Technology and Service teams to design, test, and implement experience improvements and provide actionable recommendations to increase engagement, reduce friction, and improve persistency and lifetime value.

Handle small commercial auto claims: investigate incidents, determine coverage and liability, establish and adjust reserves, negotiate settlements within authority, coordinate with appraisal, rental, subrogation and SIU, take statements, and maintain accurate claim files while communicating with insureds, claimants, agents and internal partners.

Lead a team of wholesale underwriters for Financial Lines (D&O, EPL, Fiduciary) focused on growing a profitable wholesale brokerage book across Western US. Underwrite new and renewal business, negotiate policy terms, develop broker relationships, market the product, and support product analysis, reporting, and special projects to meet annual growth targets.

Lead planning and delivery of complex, cross-functional cyber insurance initiatives. Manage program governance, risks, stakeholders, and data-driven due diligence. Facilitate workshops and executive presentations to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.

Ensure compliance with laws and safeguard confidential information.

Underwrite and manage a portfolio of public entity and government accounts, evaluate risk and pricing, negotiate terms with agents/brokers, drive profitable growth, mentor underwriters, ensure documentation and compliance, and participate in process improvements. Requires market-facing relationship building and ~25% travel.
