Drive profitable premium growth across an assigned territory by managing independent agencies. Build consultative relationships, deliver product and underwriting guidance, execute territory and agency strategies, collaborate with underwriting/claims/product teams, use data/tools to optimize agency performance, mentor peers, and ensure retention, new business, and risk management goals are met.

Examine policyholders' accounting and financial records to verify accurate calculation of earned premium and audited exposures (payroll, sales, fixed assets). Plan and execute audits, prepare detailed workpapers and formal reports, communicate findings to stakeholders, manage audit scheduling and territory workload, perform administrative tasks (time/expense/mileage reporting), and assist or coordinate multi-location and complex audits as assigned.

Provide high-level administrative support to executives: manage calendars, triage communications, prepare materials and presentations, coordinate complex travel and expenses, organize meetings and events, maintain records on collaboration platforms, and improve executive productivity through proactive problem-solving and process support.

Provide shared administrative support to Global Cybersecurity senior leaders: manage calendars, triage communications, prepare meeting materials, organize documents, coordinate travel and events, maintain records on collaboration platforms, and proactively resolve competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Lead and mentor risk control consultants while performing complex commercial auto surveys for high-premium accounts. Partner with underwriting to provide consultative services, develop training curriculum, apply AI and data analytics, monitor industry trends (telematics, micromobility, autonomous vehicles), and deliver driver coaching and fleet management resources. Serve as subject-matter leader to improve technical quality and support business development.

Conduct on-site investigations and prepare repair estimates for homeowner property damage, manage claims from first notice to closure, explain coverage to policyholders, coordinate vendors and emergency repairs, and respond to catastrophe assignments as needed.

Manage a caseload of routine to moderately complex rideshare commercial auto claims from investigation through resolution. Determine liability/compensability, evaluate damages, establish and adjust reserves, negotiate settlements, assess coverage, and coordinate with claimants, policyholders, attorneys, and vendors.

Handle inbound and warm sales leads remotely, consult customers on insurance needs, recommend appropriate Property & Casualty coverages, close policies, complete paid licensing and training, follow assigned shift schedule, and meet performance/commission targets.

Build and maintain backend services, APIs, automations, and event-driven workflows on AWS to improve developer experience. Own platform integrations, reliability, observability, and cross-team collaboration for enterprise-scale software delivery.
