Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for investment, asset management, and operations roles. Act as strategic partner to hiring managers, design and execute search and sourcing strategies, manage candidate experience through interview, offer, and onboarding, build pipelines, and help scale recruiting processes and tools.

Handle moderately complex to complex workers' compensation claims: investigate, assess coverage and liability, set and adjust reserves, negotiate settlements, coordinate litigation and attend trials, mentor team members, and participate in quality reviews and dispute resolution (mediations/arbitrations).

Manage a caseload of routine to moderately complex rideshare commercial auto bodily injury claims: investigate coverage and liability, assess damages, set and adjust reserves, negotiate settlements within authority, coordinate with claimants, policyholders, attorneys and third parties, and refer cases to subrogation or SIU as appropriate.

Represent Liberty Mutual and policyholders in workers' compensation litigation from intake through resolution. Manage discovery, hearings, trials, motions, and mediations; advise claims representatives; use e-discovery and case-management tools; evaluate risk and facilitate resolutions; maintain documentation accuracy, timely client communication, and ethical compliance; support organizational improvement initiatives under moderate supervision.

Provide litigation support for moderately complex matters including legal research, discovery and e-discovery management, drafting pleadings, case file and deadline management, client communication, project coordination, and assisting attorneys with strategy and legal analysis while leveraging case management and legal technology.

Drive profitable premium growth across an assigned territory by managing independent agencies, building consultative relationships, advising on product and underwriting, executing territory and agency strategies, ensuring quality new business flow and risk management, collaborating with underwriting/claims/product teams, leveraging data and tools to improve agency performance, and providing leadership and mentoring. Regular travel within the territory required.

Manage and coach a team of underwriters focused on sharing-economy and new-mobility casualty risks. Lead risk selection, pricing, broker relationships, and portfolio performance; ensure regulatory and documentation quality; underwrite complex accounts and guide cross-functional partners on coverage and capital decisions.

Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims: investigate first reports, evaluate compensability and liability, estimate losses, negotiate settlements within limits, update files, and execute exposure-mitigation plans while following state compliance and company protocols. Training and mentorship provided.

Conduct investigations for workers' compensation and commercial casualty claims, determine liability and coverage, estimate losses, negotiate settlements within limits, manage claim files, apply loss management techniques, and provide required reports while participating in training and mentoring.

Provide expert underwriting guidance and referral approvals for Major Accounts Casualty (auto, general liability, workers compensation). Align Primary and Excess placements, evaluate portfolio performance, advise on exposure/coverage/pricing, drive technical underwriting improvements, and collaborate with underwriting leaders, claims, actuarial, and product teams.
