Drive profitable personal lines premium growth across an assigned territory by managing independent agencies, building consultative relationships, delivering underwriting and product expertise, executing territory and agency strategies, collaborating with underwriting/claims/product teams, leveraging data/tools to improve performance, and mentoring peers to meet new business, retention, and profitability goals.

Handle Private Company and Not‑For‑Profit D&O and Employment Practices claims across the full lifecycle: investigate, evaluate coverage, set and monitor reserves, manage litigation and counsel retention, participate in mediations/arbitrations, document in claims system, produce reports and trend analysis, support audits and broker/client meetings, and maintain adjuster licenses as required.

Handle simple commercial auto claims within authority limits: investigate, determine coverage and liability, set reserves, negotiate settlements, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and maintain accurate claim files and documentation.

Investigate, evaluate, and resolve moderate-to-high exposure general liability and business auto claims. Determine coverage, establish liability and reserves, manage litigation and defense counsel, prepare coverage position letters, negotiate settlements, attend mediations, identify subrogation and suspicious claims, and support senior claim handlers with projects and file organization.

Lead and mentor risk control consultants on complex, high-premium commercial auto surveys; partner with underwriting, develop training and curriculum, apply AI and data analytics, deliver driver coaching and fleet management, and drive improvements in commercial auto risk control practices.

Build and maintain backend services, APIs, automations, and event-driven workflows to improve developer experience. Own platform integrations, reliability, observability, and vendor platform stewardship. Collaborate cross-functionally to design, secure, and scale cloud-native services (AWS/serverless) and document platform capabilities.

Lead engineering strategy and execution to build Property & Specialty lines into a modern Guidewire PolicyCenter platform. Build and develop global engineering teams, drive cloud-native, DevOps, and quality practices, coordinate cross-functional partners and system integrators, own delivery outcomes for a multi-year modernization program, and influence enterprise architecture and technology investments.

Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for investment, asset management, and operations roles. Act as strategic partner to hiring managers, design and execute search and sourcing strategies, manage candidate experience through interview, offer, and onboarding, build pipelines, and help scale recruiting processes and tools.

Handle moderately complex to complex workers' compensation claims: investigate, assess coverage and liability, set and adjust reserves, negotiate settlements, coordinate litigation and attend trials, mentor team members, and participate in quality reviews and dispute resolution (mediations/arbitrations).

Manage a caseload of routine to moderately complex rideshare commercial auto bodily injury claims: investigate coverage and liability, assess damages, set and adjust reserves, negotiate settlements within authority, coordinate with claimants, policyholders, attorneys and third parties, and refer cases to subrogation or SIU as appropriate.
