Technical lead embedded with Investment Strategy & Capital Management to design and build full‑stack applications, productionize AI prototypes, enhance analytics and reporting, and partner with investment teams. Represent Liberty Mutual and policyholders in moderately complex civil and workers' compensation litigation from intake through resolution. Manage discovery, hearings, trials, mediations, draft pleadings and motions, provide legal advice to claims teams, use e-discovery and case management tools, evaluate risk, support senior counsel, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining ethical and compliance standards.

Perform on-site investigations of homeowner property damage, prepare repair estimates, manage moderate-to-complex claims from first notice to final closure, coordinate vendor services, explain coverage to policyholders, assist with emergency repairs and additional living arrangements, and participate in training and occasional catastrophe duty. Work is territory-based in Bedford, TX.

Support and execute strategic investment programs by creating governance artifacts, coordinating cross-functional Product/Data/Tech teams, running PI Planning and showcases, improving vendor integration, and maturing Agile/product processes. Develop into an Associate Program Manager, promote AI adoption for team execution, and maintain process documentation and training.

Monitor and evaluate new homeowners pricing programs using data to measure conversion, premium, segmentation, and profitability. Build monitoring frameworks and QC processes, synthesize cross-functional inputs, deliver executive updates, prioritize analytic work, and provide data-driven recommendations to influence pricing strategy and program performance.

Work onsite with a major transportation customer to assess, quantify, and mitigate operational and safety risks. Provide consulting services, build relationships across the customer organization, mentor peers, drive continuous improvement, and deliver risk-reduction strategies and measurement using proprietary systems and Microsoft Office tools. Regular travel required.
