Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for investment, asset management, and operations roles. Represent Liberty Mutual and policyholders in moderately complex civil litigation and workers' compensation matters. Manage cases from inception through resolution under supervision, handle discovery, hearings, trials, mediations, draft pleadings and motions, advise claims representatives, use e-discovery and case management tools, and support organizational improvement and ethical compliance.

Underwrite Wholesale Excess & Surplus casualty policies within delegated authority, manage a broker/agent portfolio, build market relationships, contribute to product strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior underwriters, and analyze portfolio performance and emerging risk trends to maintain profitability.

Manage a caseload of routine to moderately complex workers' compensation claims: investigate coverage and liability, set and adjust reserves, negotiate settlements within authority, refer subrogation or fraud, and collaborate with claimants, policyholders, attorneys, and partners throughout the claim lifecycle.

Perform onsite investigations of homeowner property damage, prepare repair estimates, manage moderate-to-complex claims from first notice to closure, coordinate vendors, explain coverage to policyholders, and occasionally respond to catastrophe events. Work is territory-based with daily field visits and some desk work.

Serve as the Product Owner for a Quoting Platform, representing customer and business needs. Maintain and prioritize the backlog, define user stories, align stakeholders, drive product KPIs and roadmaps, collaborate with squads and architects, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead usability testing to deliver API-first, reusable backend platform capabilities across distribution channels.

Independently manages complex cyber/media/tech liability claims through full lifecycle: investigate losses, determine coverage, set and review reserves, manage litigation and counsel, negotiate settlements, document in CMS, identify trends, and provide broker/reinsurer support.

Develop and maintain quantitative models and analytics to support asset allocation and portfolio construction across public and private assets. Perform scenario analysis, stress testing, and private markets integration (cashflow, commitment pacing, NAV forecasting). Source and pipeline private markets data, partner with investment teams, and contribute to cross-team research informing long-term and tactical allocation decisions.

Manage and develop a team of underwriters focused on sharing-economy and new-mobility casualty business. Lead risk selection, portfolio performance, broker relationships, complex account underwriting, and quality audits while collaborating with actuarial, product, claims, and compliance teams to set coverage, pricing, and strategy.
