Own Overjet’s full-funnel content strategy and calendar across SMB and enterprise dental audiences. Lead and develop a team of nine Technical Support Engineers while remaining hands-on with escalations, log analysis, integration failures, and configuration issues. Own SLA performance, AI-assisted triage tooling, support playbooks, and workflow improvements. Partner with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and onboarding teams to resolve technical issues, improve customer experience, and establish scalable support processes.

Own People Operations systems and programs, including Rippling administration, multi-state payroll, benefits, HRIS data integrity, onboarding, offboarding, policies, and employee support. Coordinate international EoR onboarding, automate workflows with AI, and manage San Mateo workplace operations, vendors, events, supplies, and AV. The role requires strong process ownership, discretion, communication, and experience in startup or high-growth environments.

Own full-lifecycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering, data, AI/ML, and product. Source senior talent, use AI-driven tools and market insights, advise hiring managers on hiring decisions and compensation, improve recruiting processes through root-cause analysis, deliver excellent candidate experiences, and maintain operational excellence in Ashby while meeting recruiting KPIs.

Sell Overjet's dental AI to DSOs by prospecting, presenting to C-suite stakeholders, owning deals from pitch to close, forecasting sales, meeting aggressive revenue targets, and handing off customers to Customer Success.

Lead and scale the SMB customer success function to drive retention, adoption, and expansion. Hire and manage CSMs, define playbooks and segmentation, oversee onboarding-to-renewal lifecycle, monitor health scores, forecast retention, and collaborate cross-functionally to surface customer feedback and growth opportunities.

Sell Overjet's dental AI to private practice customers by prospecting, qualifying needs, delivering presentations to key stakeholders, owning the full sales cycle through close, forecasting accurately, and hitting aggressive revenue targets while coordinating handoff to Customer Success.

Lead FP&A activities including owning ARR and revenue forecasting, driving GTM budgeting, managing departmental OPEX and commission calculations, producing monthly/quarterly business and investor reports, and preparing board-level financial materials while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and People Ops.

Lead and build the SMB Customer Success organization for dental customers (DSOs), driving retention, adoption, and expansion. Hire and manage CSMs, define success strategies and playbooks, manage post-sale lifecycle (onboarding to renewal), track health scores and forecasts, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain customer relationships, and support regulatory complaint trending and reporting.
