Support enterprise financial institution sales by leading technical discovery, solution architecture, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, RFP responses, and technical validation. Build scalable solutions using Blockstream products, advise customer stakeholders, identify implementation risks, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Security, Consulting, and Delivery teams. The role requires regular customer travel and strong communication across technical and executive audiences.

Provide technical pre-sales consulting to financial institutions by leading discovery workshops, designing enterprise solution architectures, delivering demonstrations and presentations, supporting PoCs and technical evaluations, and responding to RFPs and security assessments. Partner with sales, product, engineering, security, delivery, and consulting teams to position solutions, manage implementation risks, develop repeatable offerings, and advise customers throughout the sales cycle.

Develop and maintain full-stack applications and APIs on Bitcoin infrastructure. Implement web front ends (React/Vue), backend services in Python and Rust, manage SQL/NoSQL databases, build CI/CD, and write unit, functional, and integration tests.

Design, build, and maintain scalable end-to-end systems and APIs/SDKs for an enterprise custody platform. Work full-stack across databases, cloud deployments, CI/CD, and security; troubleshoot issues, integrate emerging technologies, and mentor junior engineers.

Define and evolve platform architecture for scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant distributed systems supporting Bitcoin and enterprise products. Set standards for APIs, data models, and infrastructure; guide implementations, collaborate with security and infra, document decisions, and mentor senior engineers.

Lead enterprise go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and partnership development to drive adoption and revenue. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, engineering, and comms; manage a small marketing team and agencies; run demand generation, account-based marketing, thought leadership, and performance tracking to optimize pipeline and market fit.

Coordinate and track marketing projects and campaigns across channels; maintain project management tools and workflows; assist with content publishing, CRM coordination, vendor management, budget/invoice tracking, and campaign performance reporting; collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, on-brand execution.

Lead and execute brand strategy and visual systems across product, marketing, and channels. Build scalable design systems, create assets, partner with cross-functional teams, and maintain brand cohesion as Blockstream expands.

Embed with enterprise customer engineering teams to prototype, integrate, configure, deploy, and support Blockstream software in complex banking environments. Build production-ready tooling and integrations, including in on-premise, isolated, and air-gapped environments. Lead implementation planning, testing, UAT, deployment, enablement, and troubleshooting while supporting technical pre-sales. Translate customer feedback into reusable deployment assets, product improvements, and engineering roadmap input.

Build and deploy Blockstream enterprise software within complex financial-institution environments. Develop integrations, tooling, configurations, and reusable deployment assets; support technical pre-sales, implementation planning, testing, production deployment, and post-launch support. Collaborate directly with customer engineering, security, operations, product, sales, and delivery teams. Troubleshoot technical challenges, conduct workshops and enablement sessions, gather product feedback, and improve deployment frameworks. Regular travel to customer locations across Europe is required.
