Represent Bluefin at higher education conferences and events while meeting revenue targets through disciplined territory management and outbound selling.

Drive revenue through inbound and outbound sales of Bluefin payment solutions via referral partners. Own full sales cycle from discovery to onboarding and activation, recommend pricing, coordinate with underwriting and internal teams, manage CRM data, and ensure exceptional client service to minimize attrition.

Manages post-sale relationships for a portfolio of strategic clients and partners. Responsibilities include onboarding, training, product adoption, account health monitoring, proactive support, QBRs, renewals and upsell coordination, cross-functional issue resolution, customer feedback, and Salesforce documentation.
