The HR Specialist provides HR support, assists in recruitment and onboarding, maintains files, and performs HRIS data entry as needed.

Manage facility operations and front-desk/admin functions to ensure compliance with licensure and CARF standards. Supervise support staff, oversee clinical scheduling and timekeeping, handle BHSN application and payer verification, manage purchase requisitions and supplies, complete monthly reports, coordinate building maintenance and space usage, and provide administrative support as directed by the Area Manager.
