The Director is responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and providing legal support for equity derivatives transactions while managing a team and advising senior management.

Provide legal and regulatory counsel to the Investment Banking division on debt capital markets transactions, including securities offerings, underwriting, documentation, disclosure, diligence, and broker-dealer regulation. Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents; support litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations; develop legal strategies, policies, and training; advise transaction approval committees and cross-functional stakeholders; stay current on law and regulatory changes and implement controls to manage legal and reputational risk.

This role involves assessing and improving the bank's internal control framework, managing non-financial risks, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness in FX and Emerging Markets.

Lead design and delivery of SAP finance solutions (FICO) using ABAP on HANA and Fiori/UI5. Configure FICO, develop ABAP/CDS/AMDP artifacts, perform unit/system/UAT testing, coach teams, support deployments, and drive secure, high-quality coding and process improvements.

Design, develop and maintain management reports, dashboards and automated reporting processes. Build visualizations with Tableau/Qlik and Angular extensions.
