Provide high-level administrative support to the Global Group Head of Strategic Policy: manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange domestic and international travel, prepare presentations and reports, handle expenses and filing, facilitate executive meetings, and act as a trusted liaison with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced government affairs environment.

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, warehouses and lakes; operate and tune Hadoop clusters (Cloudera/HDFS); automate and monitor infrastructure with scripts and Chef; perform capacity planning, data replication, incident RCA, and release management; collaborate with data scientists to deploy ML models; lead teams and influence cross-functional decisions, ensuring governance, security, and operational effectiveness.

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, secure, and testable software for the ESM Reference Data application. Perform application development, business analysis, testing, stakeholder management, production support, and mentor junior engineers. Lead/advise on technical decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure solutions align with business objectives and governance.

Design, develop, test and support scalable software (Java, relational databases) on Windows/Linux. Collaborate with product and stakeholders, mentor developers, handle production incidents for Enterprise Security Master (ESM), follow secure coding and Barclays Way methodologies, and support global reference data onboarding and integration.

Manage and grow HNW client relationships by providing tailored wealth management and regulated financial advice. Oversee portfolios, identify opportunities, manage risk and compliance, coordinate specialists, and coach or lead team members to deliver excellent client outcomes and regulatory adherence.
