Lead the architecture, development, governance, and reliability of AssetMark’s Azure and Snowflake data platform. Design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, write and review Python and SQL, establish engineering standards, oversee DataOps, security, compliance, and FinOps, and integrate AI/ML and GenAI capabilities. Mentor engineers, lead technical design sessions, and partner with Data Science, Product, Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver governed, production-grade data products.

Supports executive LinkedIn thought leadership and corporate social media programs by developing content, coordinating compliance reviews and approvals, scheduling posts, managing workflows, and measuring engagement. The role also supports corporate communications, awards submissions, business meetings, bylines, press releases, website copy, and communications campaigns. It collaborates with executives, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and other stakeholders while maintaining accurate, compelling, and consistent external communications.

Build and lead AssetMark’s centralized enterprise IAM function, owning strategy, architecture, engineering, governance, compliance, and service delivery. Lead Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, application access, privileged access, identity lifecycle, authentication, and data-access governance. Establish Zero Trust, least privilege, IGA, PAM, automation, monitoring, audit readiness, and regulatory controls. Manage IAM engineers and compliance resources while partnering with cybersecurity, infrastructure, HR, risk, audit, application, and data teams.

Own the custodial data and operations platform, including account, document, money movement, and custodial integration workflows. Define product vision and roadmaps, design complex features, translate ideas into user stories, and lead engineering and cross-functional delivery. Manage capacity, stakeholder relationships, demos, and strategic initiatives while mentoring product managers and supporting hiring. Apply technical, analytical, and wealth management expertise to drive product decisions and improve development processes.

Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and platform enhancements for AssetMark’s Advisor Managed offering. Translate advisor and firm needs into requirements, user stories, and prioritized features covering portfolio construction, model management, trading, reporting, analytics, and compliance. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Technology teams to deliver scalable capabilities, improve workflows, support adoption, and drive continuous platform improvement across multiple advisor channels.

Manages relationships with high-value financial advisor offices using the AssetMark platform. Provides personalized service, proactive training, operational support, issue resolution, and communication regarding platform initiatives and policy changes. Partners with service, operations, new business, and sales teams to improve advisor satisfaction and retention. Monitors trading exceptions, coordinates with custodians, supports process improvements, and occasionally travels to advisor offices.

Leads requirements gathering and develops scalable analytics solutions, dashboards, semantic models, and self-service BI products. Partners with Analytics Engineering on Snowflake canonical models, dbt transformations, data quality, testing, and migration from legacy platforms. Applies responsible AI-assisted tools, mentors analysts, establishes standards, coordinates delivery across stakeholders, and drives adoption and business impact.

Owns data pipelines and feature groups supporting money movement and custodial integrations. Develops product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, RFCs, UX concepts, test plans, and priorities while partnering with engineering, design, QA, and stakeholders. The role requires managing multiple software features, integrating external provider APIs, using analytics for decisions, leading planning meetings, and mentoring junior product managers within a wealth management technology platform.

Develop and test software features using modern programming languages and web technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, debug technical issues, document code and processes, participate in code reviews, and continuously expand technical expertise through mentorship. The role is designed for recent graduates or engineers with up to three years of experience and offers a path toward increasing ownership and complexity.

Conduct quantitative investment research, develop equity and fixed-income security selection strategies, build alpha models, perform backtesting and statistical analysis, and support portfolio construction and risk management. The role leads multi-asset factor risk model development and maintains investment dashboards, reports, and analytical tools while collaborating with portfolio managers to improve systematic investment decisions.
