Administers Microsoft Purview governance, permissions, security, compliance, classification, retention, eDiscovery, auditing, and data lifecycle controls. Develops data protection policies, manages catalogs and compliance reporting, investigates risks, automates workflows using Power Platform and Graph API, and integrates Purview with Microsoft Defender. Partners with stakeholders to implement governance solutions, provides technical training, and translates regulatory requirements into practical controls.

Manages retention and service excellence for independent accounts within an assigned territory. Builds customer relationships through field visits, resolves service issues, identifies at-risk accounts, gathers market intelligence, coordinates with operations and sales, and supports new business development. The role serves as the local customer advocate, documents account activity and service issues, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure reliable, customer-focused service.

Manages customer retention and service excellence for independent accounts within an assigned territory. Builds relationships through field visits, resolves service issues, identifies at-risk customers, gathers competitive intelligence, coordinates with operations and sales, documents account activity, and develops new business opportunities. Partners with routing, transportation, and local operations teams to ensure reliable service, equipment readiness, and customer satisfaction.

Manage divisional general accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, accruals, journal entries, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, account analysis, SOX controls, audits, budgeting, forecasting, and payments. Serve as a JDE general ledger super user and coordinate with corporate, tax, and divisional departments. Occasional travel and office-based physical activity are required.

Coordinates customer and SMETA ethical trade audits across plant sites, including scope planning, scheduling, documentation review, risk evaluation, findings remediation, corrective action management, regulatory research, reporting, and internal training. Collaborates with plants, auditors, customers, and corporate teams to support compliance initiatives and manage multiple audit-related projects.

Manages daily plant accounting operations and supervises accounting staff. Reviews journal entries, cash wires, reconciliations, and raw material processing; oversees monthly close activities including P&L, COGS, and accruals in Oracle. Supports internal and external audits, manages scheduled Oracle processes, and improves accounting procedures in partnership with IT.

Posts and reconciles customer payments, resolves payment discrepancies, maintains customer files, responds to payment inquiries, provides documentation, and makes collection calls for overdue accounts. The role requires accurate cash receipt processing, timely issue resolution, and daily reconciliation. It also involves regular computer use, communication with customers and internal personnel, and supporting general accounts receivable activities.

Supports corporate accounting functions, including general ledger closing, raw material billing, supplier contract pricing, inventory reconciliation, cost analysis, and coordination with internal and external auditors. Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or two years of industry accounting experience, Excel proficiency, and strong attention to detail. Oracle accounting experience is preferred.
