Provides front-line operational and technical support for broadcast revenue, traffic, sales, billing, and related systems. Troubleshoots application, data, access, workflow, reporting, integration, and performance issues; writes SQL queries; monitors data integrity; supports Windows Server and Remote Desktop environments; manages tickets; documents resolutions; assists with access controls, SOX, change management, testing, and releases; and coordinates with users, technical teams, vendors, and senior analysts.
